My career started in 1997 as network engineer for Cisco Systems Belgium. I still work at Cisco as Principal Software Engineer.
Since then, I spend time solving problems. Not only network issues, but also software bugs and system conceptual errors.

Troubleshooting is an Art.
Finding the right solution based on real problem understanding is what I do.
